Lee
Kum Kee proudly announce our sponsorship of the first Cabramatta Cooking
Contest 2002 held in Freedom Plaza in Cabramatta, Sydney. This event is
presented by the Cabramatta Community & Fairfield City Council
The
competition is divided into two groups: Individual & Family
Conditions
of Entry
|
 |
Individual
contestants must be aged 18 and over. |
 |
Family
contestants should have 2 family members to form a group, and one
of them must be aged 18 or over the other one must be aged 12 or over. |
 |
Contestant
must use at least two of the following Lee Kum Kee sauces, namely:
Premium oyster sauce, XO sauce, Fine Shrimp sauce, Hoisin sauce, Premium
Soy sauce, Chicken Powder and Chili Garlic sauce. |
Judging
Criteria
 |
The
cooking contest is to promote nutritious cooking style and contestants
are free to create their own dish, either meat or vegetarian or mix. |

Judging
criteria will be based on taste, presentation and use of sauces. |
 |
The
winner of each individual group and the first 6 highest score families
will proceed to finals. |
Prizes

All
contestants will receive a Lee Kum Kee gift pack |
