On September 1, 2003, Lee Kum Kee (Xinhui) Food Co., Ltd. received the "China Top Brand" plaque and certificate awarded by the State General Administration of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). This is another national recognition for Lee Kum Kee after already securing the state certification of "Product Exemption from Quality Surveillance Inspection" and "Quality Safety".
This year, the China Top Brand Award has been expanded to cover the seasoning category (soy sauce, vinegar) and the evaluation standard more strictly imposed. Being selected one of the six national leading soy sauce manufacturers in this newly established category, is an endorsement of Lee Kum Keeˇ¦s outstanding performance in product quality, services and brand trustworthiness in the mind of consumers.
Following Chinaˇ¦s rapid economic development, Lee Kum Kee sauces has become an essential ingredient of many Chinese cuisines. Honored with the "Outstanding Achievements of Chinese Foodservice" by China Cuisine Association in 2002 and selected as the authorized soy sauce and oyster sauce products for the 5th National Cooking Competition of China, Lee Kum Kee is dedicated to promoting Chinese cuisine to the rest of the world.
