Why haven't the contents of the page been updated?

If you cannot see the new content, it might be due to the internal cache or
proxy server.
To clear the old cache content:
Select "Tools
-> Internet Options -> General"
Click the "Delete
Files" in the "Temporary Internet files"
section.
Click OK and close the browser and restart it.
To
reset the proxy server:
Select "Direct connect to Internet"
in the proxy setting.
This will let you connect to the Internet directly and
bypass the default proxy server setting.

This might be due to heavy Internet traffic or our server is being
