Ingredients
Black cod [or any kind of fish steak] 450 g [1 lb/about 3 pieces] [dried], Bell pepper 1/2 [diced], Corn starch for dusting
Sauce Mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp, Water 8 tbsp, Corn starch 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Chopped basil 1/4 tsp, White pepper to taste
Method
1. Dust fish steak with corn starch.
2. Pan-fry fish steak in 3 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done. Drain and put on a serving plate.
3. Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over fish steak.
Cooking Tips
Can use desired herbs according to personal preference.
Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade is also a good alternative for topping.
