Sauce Mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 3 tbsp, Corn starch 1 tsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method
1. Mix beef fillet with marinade.
2. Pan-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
3. Put honeydew melon strips on beef fillet and roll up. Arrange beef rolls on a serving plate. Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cooking Tips
Secure beef rolls with cocktail sticks to add fun and can be served as a party snack.
Desired fruit can replace honeydew melon.
Serve beef rolls with Lee Kum Kee Thai Sweet Chili Sauce to add Thai feel.
