Ingredients: Salmon fillet 2 pieces [about 150 g/5 oz], Chinese mushrooms 2 [soaked, drained and shredded], Carrot 10 g [shredded], Ginger 1 slice [shredded], Green onion 1 [diced], Minced garlic 1/2 tsp
| Marinade: | | Sauce Mix: | | Salt 1/4 tsp, White pepper a dash | | Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 100 ml |
Method:
1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade.
2. Pan-fry salmon fillet in 1 tbsp oil until done. Drain.
3. Stir-fry minced garlic, mushrooms, green onion, carrot and ginger in 1 tbsp oil
for a short while. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over salmon fillet.
