SALMON FILLET WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Cooking Method: Pan-Frying

Being rich in Omega-3 fatty acid, protein, vitamin B1, B2 and B12 and calcium, Salmon is very helpful to children's growth. This Salmon fillet not only nutritious, by cooking it with the Premium Oyster Sauce,but also finger-licking tasty!

Ingredients:
Salmon fillet  2 pieces [about 150 g/5 oz], Chinese mushrooms 2 [soaked, drained and shredded], Carrot 10 g [shredded], Ginger 1 slice [shredded], Green onion 1 [diced], Minced garlic 1/2 tsp

Marinade:   Sauce Mix:
Salt 1/4 tsp, White pepper a dash   Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 100 ml

Method:

1. Mix salmon fillet with marinade.
2. Pan-fry salmon fillet in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Drain.
3. Stir-fry minced garlic, mushrooms, green onion, carrot and ginger in 1 tbsp oil
    for a short while.  Add sauce mix and heat through.  Pour over salmon fillet.
