  Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce is a medium hot chili sauce, perfectly blended from fully ripened chili with an appetizing flavor of garlic. An excellent choice for dipping and stir-frying.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
Lettuce 12 leaves
Minced chicken 250 g (8 oz)
Asparagus 90 g (3 oz) (Finely dicely)
Chinese mushrooms 3 (Soaked and finely diced)
Water chestnuts 3 (Skinned and finely diced)
Red chili 1 (Finely diced)
Roasted cashew nuts 50 g (2 oz) (Chopped)

Sauce Mix
Lee Kum Kee
Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce
2 tbsp
Lee Kum Kee
Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Method
1. Sauté red chili in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken
    and stir-fry until done.
2. Add asparagus, Chinese mushrooms, water
    chestnuts and sauce mix. Stir well for
    about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
3. Stir in cashew nuts. Spoon chicken filling
    on lettuce leaves and serve hot.
